Dr. Hillary Allen

Hillary grew up in
Warkworth, Ontario. After completing
high school she attended McMaster University in Hamilton,
Ontario. Hillary Allen is an evidence-based chiropractor who
holds an Honours Kinesiology degree and a Doctor of
Chiropractic degree. She also holds numerous additional
designations including Medical Acupuncture certification and
ART®. Hillary spent her first years of practice in Toronto at
The Granite Club's sports medicine clinic where she treated
numerous National and Olympic level athletes along with active
patients of all ages. Hillary is also an examiner with the
Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board.

Jeffrey Crowley
Registered Manipulative Physiotherapist H.B.Kin, M.Sc.PT, CAFCI, FCAMPT
Jeff grew up in Peterborough, Ontario. After completing
high school he attended McMaster University in Hamilton,
Ontario. Jeff holds an Honours Kinesiology Degree and a Master
of Science Degree in Physiotherapy. Jeff also holds an
Advanced Diploma in Manual Therapy, which identifies him as
having an advanced ability to assess and treat musculoskeletal
conditions. During his 6 years at a prominent Sports Medicine
clinic in Toronto, Jeff had the challenging task of
rehabilitating Olympic athletes and weekend warriors alike. He
is also committed to improving the quality of physiotherapy
care through his role as a clinical instructor with the
University of Toronto's Physiotherapy Program and the
Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy
Association.

Warren Smith
Registered Manipulative Physiotherapist H.B.Kin, M.SC.PT, FCAMPT, MCPA
Warren grew up in Pickering, Ontario. Warren graduated from
McMaster University with an Honours Kinesiology Degree (1999)
and a Master of Science Degree in Physiotherapy (2002). His
post-graduate education includes advanced training in manual
therapy. Warren spent 5 years treating sports injuries and
general orthopaedic conditions at CBI Physiotherapy in Toronto
before taking his skills "down under". Warren spent
2 years working in Australia and New Zealand. He is committed
to providing personalized treatment programs to meet each of
his client's unique needs.

Jeremy
Walker
Registered Physiotherapist H.B.Kin, M.Sc.PT, MCPA
Jeremy is originally from Stirling, Ontario. After attending
highschool in Lindsay, he attained an Honours Bachelor of
Science Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo
and a Master of Science Degree in Physiotherapy from the
University of Toronto. Jeremy continues to improve his skill
set through participation in numerous post-graduate courses.
Currently, Jeremy is pursuing his Advanced Diploma of Manual
and Manipulative Therapy, the highest designation available to
Canadian physiotherapists. Jeremy's professional experience is
extensive, having treated a variety of orthopaedic and sports
injuries while working at the Canadian Back Institute in
Toronto. Clinically, Jeremy has a special interest in treating
complex shoulder and knee conditions. Outside of work, he
enjoys golf, beach volleyball, snowboarding, and spending time
at his cottage.

Stephen Parker
Registered Chiropodist/Foot Specialist D.Ch.
Stephen grew up in Roseneath, Ontario. Stephen spent his
youth playing organized athletics in Cobourg and graduated
from Cobourg East Collegiate Institute. Stephen attended the
prestigious Michener Institute in Toronto, Ontario where he
completed his Diploma of Chiropody in 1998. After he completed
his studies, Stephen took on a leadership role within his
profession as a clinical instructor for the Ontario Chiropody
Program. Stephen currently balances his private, clinical practice
between The Family Wellness Clinic in Whitby, Ontario
and the Cobourg Orthopaedic & Sports Injury Clinic. Away
from work, Stephen spends his time enjoying his young family
and golfing with friends.

Geoffrey Honey
Registered Massage Therapist B.A., B.Ed., R.M.T.
Patients and colleagues alike have recognized Geoffrey as a
leader in Massage Therapy in Cobourg for several years. Geoffrey is a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at
Sir Sandford Fleming College where among numerous achievements
was recognized as class Valedictorian. In addition to a successful massage therapy practice,
Geoffrey is also an accomplished teacher. He finds that
massage therapy is perfect for balancing the stresses of
teaching. Geoffrey graduated from the University of Toronto
with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Bachelor of Education. Geoffrey has a special interest in sports injuries, trigger
point therapy and therapeutic massage. Geoffrey's clinical expertise and passion for helping
others make him a perfect addition to our team!!!!

Eileen Sheppard
Personal Trainer/Pilates Instructor
Eileen grew up in Roseneath, Ontario and has been a pillar
in the Northumberland fitness community for many years.
Eileen's numerous fitness designations, including special
training for injury rehabilitation, give her the ability to
tailor individual programs for her clients. Eileen currently teaches Pilates at the Cobourg Orthopaedic
& Sports Injury Clinic with a special focus on back and
core strengthening for optimal musculoskeletal health. Eileen juggles her time between individualized client
training, teaching classes and attaining her own personal
fitness goals.

Erin Sturzenegger
Clinic Manager/Physiotherapist Assistant
Erin grew up in Cobourg, Ontario. Erin has been actively
involved in the Cobourg community throughout her life and is a
graduate of St. Mary's Secondary School. Erin holds a
Physiotherapist/Occupational Therapist Assistant Diploma, as
well as a General Arts & Science Diploma from Sir Sandford
Fleming College in Peterborough, Ontario. Erin's strong
academic background and interpersonal skills are an enormous
asset to our team and has prepared her well for managing the
daily activity of the clinic.
