Hillary is a proficient Chiropractor.  She provides patients with a thorough and highly skilled interaction.  She accomplishes this by employing a combination of adjustments, exercise therapy, active release techniques (ART), Graston, and medical acupuncture to restore patient’s function.

Hillary’s academic credentials are exemplary.  She earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the renowned Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, following her Honors Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree from McMaster University.

Hillary’s considerable clinical experience is apparent.  Throughout her 6 years at The Granite Club’s medical clinic in Toronto, Hillary relished the challenges of rehabilitating a varied caseload, including Olympic medalists and National Champions in the affiliated Elite Figure Skating Program.  

Hillary has also enjoyed the opportunity to provide Chiropractic care at several notable sporting events, including during the Toronto 2015 Pan Am Games, Hockey Canada's RBC Cup, Invictus Games Toronto 2017, and the Provincial Curling Championhips.  Additionally, Hillary continues her role as the Chiropractor for the Cobourg Cougars Junior A hockey team.

Prior to Hillary’s role working with a spectrum of Northumberland residents at COSIC, she also had the opportunity to treat a range of musculoskeletal injuries while at the respected Canadian Back Institute in Toronto.  Additionally, she has served as a credentialing examiner for the National Chiropractic Board Exams, and continues to mentor chiropractic students and new graduates.

Outside of the clinic, Hillary looks forward to time spent with her young family.  She remains active by participating in fitness classes, yoga, and running.

Jeffrey Crowley

Jeff is an adept Physiotherapist.  He utilizes a variety of techniques to rehabilitate complex neuromusculoskeletal conditions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, acupuncture, and neural mobilizations.

Jeff’s clinical experience is notable.  During 6 years at a prominent Sports Medicine clinic in Toronto, Jeff had the challenging task of rehabilitating Olympic athletes and weekend warriors alike.  Jeff has also enjoyed the challenge of treating a spectrum of Northumberland residents over the last 15 years at COSIC, including during his ongoing role as the Physiotherapist for the Cobourg Cougars Junior A hockey team and Cobourg Kodiaks Major Series Lacrosse team.  

Jeff’s academic footing is equally impressive, earning a Masters of Science Degree in Physiotherapy, as well as an Honors Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree from McMaster University.  Jeff holds an Advanced Diploma in Manual and Manipulative Therapy, the highest designation available to Physiotherapists practicing in orthopaedics.

Jeff remains committed to improving the quality of physiotherapy provision through different teaching responsibilities.  He instructs advanced manual therapy courses to Physiotherapists as an instructor with the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.  Jeff has also taught physiotherapy courses at U of T, and mentors Physiotherapists pursuing advanced manual therapy credentials.

Outside of Physiotherapy interests, Jeff looks forward to spending time with his young family.  He remains active by playing basketball, hockey, and golf.

Dr. Clinton Cybulski

Dr. Clinton Cybulski

Registered Chiropractor

Clinton is a proficient Chiropractor.  He targets the source of patient’s injuries while providing strategies to prevent reoccurrences.  Clinton implements a range of treatment methods to achieve this by combining myofascial release techniques, joint manipulation, medical acupuncture, and targeted therapeutic exercises.

Clinton’s academic background is impressive.  Prior to earning his Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, he obtained his Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from Emmanuel College in Georgia.  After being recruited by Emmanuel to play basketball, Clinton made the Dean’s Honour list, and captained their team to a National Division 2 championship.

Clinton also brings a wealth of clinical experience to COSIC.  He had the opportunity to treat complex orthopaedic conditions for people of all ages while working at respected clinics in Oakville and Toronto.  Clinton is also passionate about professional growth as shown by his pursuit of credentials in McMaster University’s Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program. 

Clinton has an infectious enthusiasm for helping people, which stems from his passion to coach.  He coached professionally in the National Basketball League of Canada, and has coached 1000’s of players at basketball camps in his role as national director of PGC basketball.  Clint is also the owner of his own basketball training company, Educated Baller, and has run basketball camps for kids in Northumberland.  

Outside the clinic, Clinton spends most of his time with his family, weight training or coaching basketball camps across North America.  Clint stays active through his passion for water sports, including surfing, loves to golf and play hockey.

Warren Smith

Warren Smith

Warren is a highly skilled Physiotherapist.  His extensive post-graduate training and vast clinical experience are the foundation of his effectiveness in treating musculoskeletal injuries.

After more than a decade of rehabilitating orthopaedic conditions in a Toronto based clinic and at COSIC, Warren gained invaluable knowledge working in an Australian sports medicine practice for two years.

Warren is academically accomplished, having obtained a Masters of Science Degree in Physiotherapy, as well as an Honors Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree from McMaster University.  Warren has also completed his acupuncture certification through Acupuncture Canada.

He holds an Advanced Diploma in Manual and Manipulative Therapy, the highest designation available to Physiotherapists practicing in orthopaedics.  In addition to his clinical interests, Warren teaches Manual Therapy courses as an instructor with the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

Away from the clinic, Warren enjoys camping with his young family.  He remains physically active by playing hockey, ultimate frisbee, and surfing.

Suzanne Thorne

Suzanne Thorne

Suzanne is an accomplished Physiotherapist.  Her inspiring and nurturing character is evident to all patients that interact with her. 

Suzanne has a wealth of orthopaedic, neurological, and pediatric rehabilitation experience, working a decade in a highly regarded physiotherapy clinic in the Durham region.  

Suzanne is responsible for developing Northumberland County’s first comprehensive Pelvic Health Program, where she adeptly provides solutions to patients challenged by incontinence, pelvic pain, and pelvic instability.

While attending Andrews University, a prestigious American school, Suzanne earned a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy, as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Anatomy and Physiology.

Suzanne’s commitment to professional development is obvious, having obtained advanced training in Anatomically Based Acupuncture, and is pursuing her Advanced Diploma in Manual and Manipulative Therapy.

Outside of the clinic, Suzanne enjoys spending time with her husband and son.  She remains active by gardening, hiking, doing yoga, and thankfully for COSIC’s staff, making incredible baked goods.

Rebecca Gray

Rebecca is a talented Physiotherapist.  A sound understanding of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, taping, and myofascial release techniques are the foundation of Rebecca’s patient-centred approach to rehabilitating a range of musculoskeletal injuries.

Rebecca brings respected clinical knowledge to COSIC’s rehabilitation team through her varied involvement in orthopaedics, neurological rehabilitation, sports injuries and commitment to evidence based practice.

Rebecca gained valued orthopaedic and neurological insight while at reputable neurological  programs in Toronto and the Durham Region.  Rebecca also has considerable experience in outpatient physiotherapy clinics, where she focused on treating everyday and athletic injuries.

Rebecca’s academic training is equally impressive, achieving a Masters of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University, as well as, an Honours Bachelor of Health Science in Kinesiology from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology.  Rebecca is also pursuing post-graduate training in acupuncture, advanced manual therapy, and concussion management.

Outside of the clinic, Rebecca maintains an active lifestyle by playing hockey, soccer, running and cycling.  She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Abby West

Abby West

Abby is a talented Physiotherapist.  She combines her natural compassion and ability to motivate patients with the utilization of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neural mobilization, and patient education to treat a spectrum of patients at COSIC.

Abby brings valued clinical experience to the COSIC team.  She has worked with a spectrum of patients at Northumberland Hills Hospital with neurological, cardiorespiratory, and orthopaedic conditions.  She has also worked in private orthopaedic settings. Abby’s special interest in pelvic health led to her creation of a mobile physiotherapy service, where she provided care to new mom’s in the comfort of their own home.

Abby is excited to share her passion for helping mom’s thrive during their pregnancy and parenting journey at COSIC.  She commonly helps with painful pregnancy, urinary incontinence, prolapses, core strengthening, mother’s thumb, and breastfeeding support.

Academically, Abby earned a Masters of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University, as well as, an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree from Laurier University.  Abby has obtained certification in pelvic health physiotherapy and breast feeding.  She is also pursuing advanced credentials in manual therapy. 

Outside of the clinic Abby enjoys spending time with her young family.  When she isn’t chasing her kids around, she remains active by playing volleyball, hiking, and cross country skiing.

Jeremy Walker

Jeremy is a gifted Physiotherapist.  His notable acumen for orthopaedics has developed his reputation for being able to rehabilitate the most intricate injuries.

His professional experience is extensive.  Prior to Jeremy’s role at COSIC, he treated a variety of orthopaedic and sports related injuries while working at the respected Canadian Back Institute in Toronto. 

Jeremy’s educational background is impressive, possessing a Masters of Science Degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto, as well as an Honors Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo.

Additionally, Jeremy has obtained his Advanced Diploma In Manual and Manipulative Therapy, which is the highest designation available to Canadian Physiotherapists in orthopaedics.  Jeremy is also Certified in Integrated Dry Needling (CIDN), which is a specialized form of acupuncture.  This training has fueled his special interest in treating complex shoulder and spinal conditions.

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his wife and two little girls.  He maintains an active lifestyle by playing golf, hockey, and snowboarding.

Jethro Mendola-Byatt

Resident Physiotherapist

Jethro is a dedicated professional.  He recently settled in Canada from the UK, hailing from Wales.  He is deeply committed to helping patients achieve their goals, whether recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or striving for peak athletic performance.  His passion for exercise resonates in his approach to physiotherapy and rehabilitation with all patients that he encounters.

Jethro brings a wealth of musculoskeletal rehabilitation experience to COSIC, having worked across diverse sectors in the UK, including the National Health Services, private practice, elite sports, and performing arts. He has worked with England Basketball, traveling theatre productions and Olympic athletes, honing his skills in aiding individuals to recover from injuries.

Jethro's vast physiotherapy knowlege is rooted in his strong academic background, earning his M.Sc. in Physiotherapy from Robert Gordon University in the UK.  In addition to his physiotherapy skills, Jethro has a background as a Strength and Conditioning coach.  In this capacity, he has worked with Olympians, university-level athletes, weekend warriors, elderly, and post-operative patients to help them achieve their performance goals.

Aside from treating everyday and athletic injuries, Jethro has a special interest in Rheumatology.  He has extensive experience treating conditions such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, Axial Spondylitis, Osteoporosis and Hypermobility.  Jethro's particular interest lies in Axial Spondylitis (AS), and he has previously led the AS service with the North Bristol Trust.  He has quickly become an invaluable resource for Northumbeland residents and specialists alike, dealing with Rheumatology conditions.

Outside of the clinic, Jethro enjoys spending time with his wife and friends.  He remains active by working out, playing rugby, and teaching spin classes.

Stephen Parker

Stephen Parker

Stephen is a technically sound Chiropodist.  He is an evidence informed practitioner, combining established treatments with the most recent biomechanical advances, in order to manage all foot related conditions.

Stephen possesses an abundance of footcare experience.  For 8 years, he has effectively assisted COSIC patients with orthotic therapy, foot pain, nail treatments, diabetic neuropathy care, and plantar warts. 

Additionally, over a 16-year span, Stephen has practiced in highly regarded footcare centers in Toronto and Durham, earning a reputation as a highly skilled clinician.  Stephen is also the co-owner of Durham Family Footcare and Wellness Centre, where he treats a spectrum of intricate foot injuries.

Stephen’s academic preparation is commendable.  He attended the renowned Michener Institute in Toronto, earning his Diploma of Chiropody.  After graduating, Stephen was selected as a clinical instructor for the Ontario Chiropody Program.

Away from the clinic, Stephen enjoys spending time with his young family and playing golf.  He is also a devoted coach for his son’s rep hockey and lacrosse teams.

Dr. Heather Zoldy

Heather is a proficient licenced Naturopathic Doctor. She provides care for a wide range of concerns, including hormones, mental health, digestive health, sleep, fatigue, and chronic pain.

Heather utilizes a comprehensive treatment approach by providing symptomatic relief and targeting the source of each concern. She uses evidence-based treatment options including clinical nutrition, supplementation, acupuncture, physical therapies, and lifestyle counselling. 

Prior to earning her Doctor of Naturopathy at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, she completed her Bachelor of Science Degree with a Major in Biology, and a double Minor in Psychology and Chemistry at Nipissing University in Northern Ontario. Heather continues to invest many hours in research and education, to provide the best quality care. She is currently studying to achieve her Ontario Prescribing License.

Heather is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors, Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and is registered in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario.

Outside of the clinic, Heather is venturesome and is always trying new things, like home renovations, golfing, and gardening.  Heather enjoys staying active by hiking with her dog, cross-country skiing, biking, yoga, water skiing, and snowboarding.

Kelly’s scholastic achievements are significant.  She attained her Diploma in Massage Therapy from a well-respected program at Centennial College.  In addition to her massage training, Kelly is a graduate of the Ontario College of Art and Design, where she earned an Associate Degree in Painting and Drawing.

Kelly has gained remarkable clinical experience over the last decade, providing therapeutic massage in two highly regarded multidisciplinary facilities in Toronto, The Granite Club and Medcan Clinic.

Outside of work, Kelly challenges herself by hiking and running, in order to stay active.  She also enjoys spending time with her young family.  Kelly balances the stresses of work by spending time in her studio, where she enjoys painting, drawing, and puppet creation.

Kate Fenton

Kate is a talented Massage Therapist.  Kate's enthusiam for helping her patients achieve their optimal function through therapuetic massage is obvious while treating a variety of everyday and athletic injuries.  

To do so, Kate utilizes a variety of treatment techniques including myofacial release, lymph drainage, trigger point work, stretching and strengthening exercises, postural education, joint mobilizations, and therapeutic modalites as indicated.

Kate achieved her academic credentials from a respected program at Durham College, where she earned her Diploma in Massage Therapy. Kate has gained vast clinical experience in different settings, where she has had the privalege of working with a varied caseload dealing with acute and chronic injuries, including varsity athletes, elderly, office workers, and cancer patients.

Kate's time outside of the clinic is enjoyed with friends and family.  She always looks forward to camping, fishing, scrapbooking, and painting.  Kate remains active by playing hockey, kayaking, and walking her dogs.

Keri Haukioja

Keri is a remarkable Occupational Therapist.  She assists her patients’ pursuit of improved function and independence following orthopaedic and neurological events.  Keri also provides sound seating and splinting solutions for her patients.

Keri’s vast experience as an OT is clear.  In addition to her role at COSIC, Keri has worked at Five Counties Children Centre for almost a decade, where she rehabilitates children with physical, cognitive, and sensory issues.  Keri has also worked with clients following motor vehicle accidents in homecare settings.

Keri’s academic qualifications are extensive.  She earned an Honors Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from a prominent program at Queen’s University.  Additionally, Keri holds an Honors Bachelor of Life Sciences, as well as, an Honors Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from Queen’s University.

Keri is continually honing her craft through her commitment to professional development.  She has completed numerous post-graduate courses related to Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT), hand therapy, and splinting.  Additionally, Keri is a certified Authorizer for the Assistive Device Program (ADP) of Ontario.

When Keri isn’t chasing her two adorable daughters around, she remains active by playing soccer, hockey, and running.  Keri also enjoys following the arts and music scene in Northumberland County.

Lisa’s extensive work experience following her graduation from Brock University as a Registered Kinesiologist and Clinic Administrator has prepared her well to ensure COSIC runs smoothly.

Outside of the clinic, Lisa has a passion for fitness and loves to spend her time outdoors. She likes staying active by running, working out and doing yoga.

With over 15-years of experience working in Physiotherapy clinics, as well as business training at Durham college, Tara is a great asset to the COSIC team. 

Her friendly demeanour, compassion, and desire to solve problems helps the clinic run efficiently.  

When Tara isn’t at COSIC, she takes every chance she gets to enjoy time with her family and friends.  She loves to camp with her family, watch her kids play sports, and walks to stay active.

Stephanie has an abundance of clinical experience through administrative roles in multidisciplinary health care clinics, physiotherapy assisting, and helping patients navigate their extended health care plans.  She plays a integral role in COSIC’s administrative side of therapy, so patients and clinicians can focus on their treatment.

Stephanie creates a positive setting for patients to receive therapy in a professional and enjoyable environment.  Her attention to detail and genuine interest in going the extra mile for patients ensures they have a good experience at COSIC.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her fiancé, two boys, and her dog Furgie.  When she isn’t cheering for her son playing hockey, Steph stays active by hiking and doing fitness classes.

Tammy brings a wealth of health care administrative experience to COSIC.  Prior to joining our team, Tammy assisted patients for several years as Pharmacy Technician, in a busy environment.

Tammy's upbeat attitude and genuine williningness to help patients ensures a meaningful encounter at COSIC.

Away from COSIC, Tammy looks forward to time spent with her family, and dogs.  She enjoys watching her son play hockey, and stays active by walking, fitness classes, and gardening.

Olivia Stevenson

Olivia Stevenson

Clinic Administrator

Olivia excels at providing administrative support to our clinicians and patients.  Her approachable, caring nature makes her a great fit at COSIC.

Olivia also attends Trent University, where she is completing her B.A. in the Teacher Education Stream, which is evidence of her ability to multi-task while balancing her role at the clinic.

Outside of COSIC, Olivia likes to spend time with her family and friends.  She stays active by walking her dog, birding, and playing backgammon.
